Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development, University of Puerto Rico

We were chosen to overhaul an internal database for the Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development (División de Educación Continua y Estudios Profesionales (DECEP)) at the University of Puerto Rico. Our work will focus on modernizing their digital member experience through the development of a custom web platform and member portal.

The project includes the migration of existing member data, the creation of a secure self-service portal, and the implementation of tools that streamline member and staff interactions. Members will be able to access their accounts using passwordless authentication, update their profile information, and view or download continuing education transcripts and participation records.

For administrative staff, the platform will provide enhanced member management capabilities, enabling efficient search, access, and maintenance of member records through a centralized system.

In addition to the custom application development, we will provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, and technical support to ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and scalable for future growth.
