ATTIC Search Alerts

Last year we introduced product alerts. These alerts are set by users looking for a specific product that already existed on ATTIC, say a vintage 80s Hawaiian shirt. It might be sold out at one store, but might pop up somewhere else completely different. Our alert system works like an automated personal shopping assistant that continually looks for that same or very similar item to appear again on our site from any one of the 2,000+ stores or 7,000+ new items that appear each week. We call them “cravings“.

To add even more flexibility to this idea, we’ve expanded on that feature to offer “Search Alerts”. Whenever you search ATTIC now, you’ll be presented with the option of creating an alert for that search term or phrase and we’ll regularly send you new results when new arrivals match your criteria. Do you know you want a round dining table, but don’t quite know the exact style yet? Set an alert use your inbox to browse the options. Or maybe you’re gaga for Betsey Johnson clothing? Set an alert and you’ll be among the first to know when a random vintage boutique in Seattle or Nashville lists one of her rare dresses.
