Installed, configured, and imported comments into Disqus

Just switched this site's commenting system over to disqus (from a previous custom built system). A little PHP allowed me to tailor their system to my site's needs (e.g., excluding it from certain pages). All in all, it was super easy. I then went ahead and imported the site's existing comments, which took a little trial and error with Disqus' XML format.
