Managing Campaigns & Donors at Scale

Our neighborhood schools facing interesting challenges. We’ve been helping one local school’s administration tackle annoying paper cuts with a homegrown custom-built platform (that we have boringly called School Year), and one of the tasks is to manage donations. One type of donation, grade-wide school fundraisers, require every family to contribute. In the past, tracking that obligation across hundreds of students and donors was happening over emails and spreadsheets. We built them a module to simplify the process and consolidate all actions into one dashboard.

• Syncs donations from PayPal directly into the dashboard
• Assigns donations to students with village-aware search (search a family name, get the right student)
• Charts for participation and assignment coverage at a glance
• Sortable, paginated tables with URL-driven filtering and deep linking
• CSV export with beneficiary names included

Everything is server-rendered and form-driven so it’s fast on any device and network speed. Yay web standards!
