Integrating AI with development of an OpenAI Batch API orchestration system to generate editorial copy and vector embeddings for RAG search integration and using GPT-4 Vision and DALL-E 3 for listing enhancement.

Built and maintain a comprehensive digital advertising analytics and campaign management platform as an Nx monorepo with ~9,000 commits.
Dual Angular SPAs backed by a GraphQL API (Apollo Server + Nexus), Prisma ORM, and MySQL.
Executed a full Prisma 1→4 migration with a backward-compatible query translation layer.

2013–present

Thirteen-plus years building and maintaining a full CMS and member management platform for the national WIC association.
Executed a legacy code migration; integrated Salsa CRM, SAML SSO, Community Connect OAuth, Constant Contact, and BSD Tools API.

2006–present

Twenty-plus years maintaining a comprehensive membership platform for the Puerto Rico Dental Surgeons Association — CE credit tracking with ADA compliance, convention QR attendance, multi-tier membership, PayFlow payments, and certificate generation.

Built and iterated multiple platforms over a decade: initial grant application form, evaluation portal, and full competitive grant evaluation platform with multi-stage workflows, cohort management, guest evaluator forms, and demographic export.

2016–present

Built and maintained a multi-market WordPress platform connecting young adults to reproductive health resources across Baltimore, Boston, Duval County, and other cities — with per-market SCSS theming, Weglot multilingual support, and custom resource taxonomy.

Built and maintained a WordPress platform for the federal WIC program featuring two embedded Angular SPAs (search and archive verticals) as custom integration with WordPress template.

Built clasificadospr.com (Puerto Rico classifieds). Sold to newspaper of largest circulation in the island.

Built web platforms for CRFB (Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget), Fiscal Factcheck, and C2ES (carbon footprint calculator) — bringing technical capacity to organizations with important public-interest missions.

1997–2010

Started building websites in 1997 — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and ActionScript/Flash. Spent early career developing interactive web experiences for advertising agencies working for brands such as Dove, Unilever, Sony, MTV, Duracell, American Express, and Gillette.

Built a bilingual (English/Spanish) CMS and school operations platform with full i18n, PayPal donation tracking, grade-wide fundraiser dashboards, version control with restore, and directory interface for authenticated caregivers and staff.

Wrote, produced, and directed a critically acclaimed feature-length documentary that opened theatrically in Puerto Rico on December 11, 2008. Nominated by the Puerto Rico Film Commission as the island’s official submission for Oscar consideration. Official selection at the Guadalajara International Film Festival.
